  • Customers do not purchase ownership of the underlying artwork or its intellectual-property rights.

  • Commercial use is permitted only where an appropriate Commercial Licence has been purchased.

Images showing framed art, room interiors, wall mock-ups, canvases, or printed artwork are generally for presentation and visualisation purposes only.

3. Intellectual-property ownership

The artwork, digital files, product images, descriptions, graphics, website design, collection names, icons, mock-ups, written content, ArtZova name, ArtZova logo, AZ monogram, tagline, and other brand elements displayed on this website are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Copyright under Indian law may apply to artistic works and grants recognised rights to authors and copyright owners.

Except where expressly stated otherwise, all rights are reserved by ArtZova, the respective creator, or the relevant lawful licensor.

No content may be copied, reproduced, republished, downloaded for unauthorised purposes, distributed, modified, resold, licensed, scraped, mirrored, or commercially exploited without prior written permission.

4. Digital-product licence

Purchasing an artwork from ArtZova does not transfer copyright.

Unless a Commercial Licence is expressly purchased, the customer receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable licence to:

  • Download the purchased file.
  • Maintain a reasonable personal backup.
  • Print the artwork for personal, non-commercial use.
  • Display the resulting print in a private home or personal space.

Customers must not:

  • Resell or redistribute the digital file.
  • Share the file or download link.
  • Sell physical prints created from the file.
  • Upload the artwork to marketplaces, stock libraries, print-on-demand platforms, or file-sharing services.
  • Use the artwork on merchandise, packaging, advertisements, branding, logos, websites, or commercial premises without the required licence.
  • Claim authorship or copyright ownership.
  • Use the artwork to train artificial-intelligence models or create datasets.
  • Create modified or derivative versions for resale.

5. Product information

ArtZova makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate product information, including available file formats, image dimensions, aspect ratios, orientation, resolution, and licence type.

However:

  • Colours may vary between monitors, mobile devices, printers, inks, papers, and canvases.
  • Printed results may differ from website mock-ups.
  • Room-setting images may not show exact physical scale.
  • Customers are responsible for selecting suitable software, printers, paper, canvas, framing, and print dimensions.
  • References to print sizes are recommendations unless expressly guaranteed.

Customers should carefully review the product description and licence conditions before completing a purchase.

6. Digital delivery, refunds and returns

Digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned.

Purchases are generally final once a download has been made available. A request may be reviewed where:

  • A different product was delivered.
  • The file is corrupted or unusable.
  • The supplied file materially differs from the product description.
  • A duplicate payment was incorrectly collected.
  • ArtZova cannot provide a suitable replacement or correction.

Nothing in this Legal Notice restricts consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Indian consumer protections include rights to information, fair consideration of concerns, and redressal of genuine grievances.

7. Copyright and infringement notices

ArtZova intends to respect valid intellectual-property rights.
