1. No physical shipment
ArtZova sells digital artwork files only, unless a product page expressly states otherwise.
No physical painting, frame, canvas, paper print, poster, parcel, storage device, or other tangible product will be shipped to you.
Any room setting, framed presentation, canvas presentation, wall mock-up, or lifestyle photograph shown on the website is for visualisation purposes only unless expressly stated otherwise.
2. Digital delivery
After successful payment, your purchased product will normally be delivered through one or more of the following:
- A download link displayed after checkout.
- A download link sent to your registered email address.
- Access through your customer account.
- Another digital-delivery method described during checkout.
Delivery is usually automatic, but short delays may occur because of payment verification, security checks, technical maintenance, email filtering, or third-party service interruptions.
3. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing a correct and active email address.
- Checking your inbox, spam, junk, promotions, and blocked-message folders.
- Ensuring your device has sufficient storage space.
- Using compatible software to open the supplied files.
- Downloading and securely backing up your purchase.
- Keeping your download link and files confidential.
- Not sharing the file or download link with another person.

4. Shipping charges
Since no physical goods are shipped, physical shipping charges do not apply to standard digital-download products.
Taxes, duties, payment processing charges, currency conversion, or other legally required charges may still be applied during checkout where applicable.
5. No physical return
Digital products cannot be physically returned. ArtZova does not issue:
- Return labels.
- Courier instructions.
- Return addresses for digital products.
- Exchanges based solely on personal preference.
Issues involving an incorrect, corrupted, or materially misdescribed product will be handled under the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
6. Download access
Download limits, link-expiry periods, included file formats, and file sizes may differ between products.
ArtZova may replace an expired or failed link after verifying the original order. We may refuse replacement where there is evidence of unauthorised sharing, resale, excessive downloading, account abuse, or licence violation.
7. Printing and framing
ArtZova supplies the digital file only. Customers are responsible for selecting their own printer, paper, canvas, print size, framing, colour profile, and finishing method.
ArtZova does not control and is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, colour, workmanship, delays, or charges of third-party printing and framing providers.
