By visiting the website, creating an account, placing an order, downloading a product, or using an ArtZova file, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age required to enter into a contract in your location, to purchase from ArtZova.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided during checkout is complete, accurate, and authorised.
2. Nature of ArtZova products
ArtZova primarily sells downloadable digital artwork.
Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, your purchase does not include:
- A physical painting.
- A physical print.
- A frame.
- Printing or framing services.
- Exclusive ownership.
- Copyright ownership.
- Trademark rights.
- Resale rights.
- Commercial usage rights.
Your purchase provides only the limited licence expressly described in these Terms or on the relevant product page.
3. Personal-use licence
Unless a separate Commercial Licence is purchased, each completed purchase grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to:
- Download the purchased file.
- Store a reasonable backup copy.
- Print the artwork for the purchaser’s own personal and non-commercial use.
- Display the resulting print in the purchaser’s private home or personal space.
This is a licence to use the digital product. It is not a sale or transfer of the underlying intellectual property.
4. No transfer of copyright or ownership
Purchasing, downloading, printing, or possessing an ArtZova file does not make the purchaser the owner of its copyright, intellectual property, design rights, trademark rights, or other proprietary rights.
To the extent recognised by applicable law, all such rights remain with ArtZova, the creator, or the relevant lawful licensor.
Only the limited usage rights expressly granted through the applicable licence are provided to the purchaser.
5. Prohibited uses
Unless expressly authorised under a separate written Commercial Licence, you must not:
- Resell the digital file.
- Sell, distribute, or supply physical prints of the artwork.
- Upload the artwork to another website, marketplace, social group, cloud folder, file-sharing platform, or public database.
- Share, transfer, lend, gift, sublicense, or redistribute the source file or download link.
- Use the artwork on print-on-demand platforms.
- Sell the artwork on Etsy, Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Creative Market, stock websites, NFT marketplaces, or similar platforms.
- Use the artwork on merchandise, apparel, packaging, stationery, furniture, décor products, textiles, or commercial products.
- Use the artwork in commercial advertising, branding, brochures, websites, social-media campaigns, books, magazines, or promotional materials.
- Use the artwork as part of a logo, trademark, brand identity, or registered design.
- Claim that you created, painted, designed, or own the artwork.
- Remove or alter copyright notices, watermarks, metadata, licence information, or embedded identifiers.
- Trace, reproduce, imitate, redraw, recolour, crop, modify, combine, or create derivative versions for resale or distribution.
- Extract individual design elements for use in another product.
- Use ArtZova files to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or develop artificial-intelligence systems or datasets.
- Use automated tools, bots, scraping systems, crawlers, or data-mining systems to collect ArtZova artwork or website content.
- Allow another person or organisation to use the product through your purchase.
Changing the colour, size, crop, format, layout, or other feature of an artwork does not create a new product that you may resell.
6. Commercial licences
Commercial use is permitted only when:
- A Commercial Licence is expressly offered for the relevant artwork.
- The customer has purchased that Commercial Licence.
- The proposed use is permitted under the commercial terms stated on the product page or separate licence document.
Commercial licences may impose restrictions relating to:
- Number of installations.
- Number of physical copies.
- Business locations.
- Client projects.
- Advertising use.
- Merchandise.
- Print-on-demand use.
- Resale.
- Distribution.
- Duration.
- Territory.
A Commercial Licence does not transfer copyright unless a separate written copyright-assignment agreement expressly states that copyright is being assigned.
Where product-specific commercial terms differ from these general Terms, the product-specific terms will apply to that commercial use.
7. Interior designers, hotels and businesses
Interior designers, architects, hotels, offices, restaurants, property developers, retailers, and other organisations must purchase the appropriate Commercial Licence before using ArtZova artwork in client projects, business premises, hospitality properties, show homes, commercial displays, or revenue-generating activities.

ArtZova makes reasonable efforts to accurately describe each digital product, including its:
- File format.
- Pixel dimensions.
- Resolution.
- Aspect ratio.
- Orientation.
- Included files.
- Licence type.
Colours and appearance may vary between screens, devices, printers, inks, papers, canvases, and print providers.
Website mock-ups are intended to demonstrate approximate appearance and scale. They may not show the exact printed dimensions or colour result.
9. Orders, payments and pricing
All prices may be changed without notice.
You agree to provide valid, complete, and authorised payment information. ArtZova may refuse, hold, cancel, or refund an order where there is suspected fraud, pricing error, payment failure, security risk, unauthorised activity, or violation of these Terms.
Taxes may be added where legally required.
10. Accounts and download security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, password, downloaded files, and download links.
You must notify ArtZova if you believe your account or purchased files have been accessed without permission.

13. Customer reviews and submissions
Where you submit a review, photograph, testimonial, comment, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it.
You grant ArtZova a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, edit, and use that submission for store operation, customer support, and marketing, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Upon termination, you must stop using the product and delete all digital copies under your control. Termination does not prevent ArtZova from pursuing other available remedies.
