ArtZova sells downloadable digital artwork. Due to the immediate-access and non-returnable nature of digital products, all purchases are generally final once the digital product has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded.
1. Digital products are generally non-refundable
Once payment has been successfully completed and the download link or digital file has been made available, the order cannot normally be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded.
A digital file cannot be physically returned after it has been delivered. We therefore do not provide refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, personal preference, or failure to review the product description before purchasing.
2. Situations eligible for review
A refund, replacement file, or corrected download may be considered only where:
- You received a different digital product from the one you ordered.
- The delivered file is materially different from the description provided on the product page.
- The product does not contain the file format, resolution, dimensions, aspect ratio, quantity, or other important specifications expressly stated on the product page.
- The delivered file is corrupted, incomplete, or technically unusable, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
- You were incorrectly charged more than once for the same order.
Whenever reasonably possible, ArtZova will first attempt to resolve the matter by supplying the correct file, repairing the download, or providing a replacement link. A refund may be issued when the problem cannot reasonably be corrected.
3. Non-refundable situations
Refunds will not ordinarily be provided for:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Accidental purchase or purchase of the wrong artwork.
- Failure to read the product description or licence terms.
- A customer purchasing an incorrect size, ratio, orientation, or file format that was clearly stated.
- A customer not having suitable software, hardware, internet access, storage space, printer, or printing service.
- Differences in colour caused by monitors, mobile screens, printers, inks, paper, canvas, colour profiles, or display settings.
- Differences between a website mock-up and the final printed appearance.
- Printing, framing, editing, or other third-party costs.
- Failure to download the product before a download link expires, where a replacement link can reasonably be provided.
- Subjective dissatisfaction with the artistic style after receiving the product shown in the listing.
- Unauthorised sharing, misuse, resale, or breach of the applicable licence.
4. How to request assistance

- Your full name.
- Order number.
- Email address used for the purchase.
- Name of the artwork.
- Description of the issue.
- Screenshots or other supporting evidence.
- Details of the device or software used, where relevant.
Requests submitted after seven days may still be considered at ArtZova’s discretion or where required by applicable law.
5. Approved refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method wherever possible. Processing times depend on the payment provider, bank, card issuer, and country.
ArtZova is not responsible for delays caused by banks, card networks, payment gateways, currency conversion, or international payment processing.
6. Immediate digital delivery
By purchasing a downloadable product and requesting immediate access, you agree that ArtZova may begin supplying the digital content immediately after payment.
Where permitted by applicable law, you acknowledge that your cancellation or withdrawal right may end once delivery, access, or downloading of the digital content begins.
7. Mandatory consumer rights
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or overrides any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded under the laws applicable to you.
